1. The service

Deskruby ("we", "us") is run from Malaysia. To contact us, email hello@jasoncjs.com.

Deskruby answers your team's questions from your team's own documents, shows the source for each answer, and drafts replies to customers. These terms apply when you use Deskruby at deskruby.com.

2. Your account

You sign in with a link that we send to your email address. Give a correct email address and keep your inbox safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

A team owner can invite people to the team and remove them.

3. Payments and refunds

Paid plans are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy takes the payment, adds sales tax or VAT where it applies, and sends your receipts. Its own terms also apply to your purchase.

Subscriptions renew each month until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time. Your plan then stays active until the end of the month that you paid for, and it does not renew.

Usually we do not give refunds. If something went wrong, please contact us at hello@jasoncjs.com and we'll see what we can do. We want to make it right.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Deskruby for illegal activity, to send spam, or to harm other people or systems. Only add documents that you have the right to use. Do not try to reach another team's data.

5. Your content

Your team owns the documents and files it adds and the chats it creates. We use them only to run Deskruby for your team. The Privacy Policy says how we handle personal data.

6. Answers made by AI

AI models write the answers and draft replies from your documents. They can be wrong or incomplete. Check the source before you rely on an answer, and read a draft before you send it to a customer.

7. Ending your use

A team owner can download all of the team's data in Settings > General, and can ask us to delete the team. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms.

8. Changes

We may change these terms. We tell you about important changes by email before they apply.

9. Law

The laws of Malaysia apply to these terms.
