Deskruby ("we", "us") is run from Malaysia. We are responsible for the personal data described here. To contact us, email hello@jasoncjs.com.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your email address and your name.
• Team content: the documents your team adds, the files you upload, and your team's chats (questions, answers and draft replies). Each team's data is kept separate from every other team's data.
• Payment data: Lemon Squeezy handles payments. We do not see or store your card number.

2. Why we use it

• To sign you in with a link sent to your email.
• To answer your team's questions and draft replies from your team's documents.
• To send you emails about your account and your team.
• To bill paid plans.

3. Who processes data for us

We do not sell your data. Only these services handle it, so that Deskruby can run:

• Hetzner hosts our servers in Germany. Your account data and team content are stored there.
• Cloudflare runs our DNS.
• Resend sends our emails, such as sign-in links.
• OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes requests to. To answer a question, we send the question and the relevant text passages from your team's documents to them, and they send back the answer.
• Lemon Squeezy takes payments as our merchant of record.

4. Analytics and cookies

We use no analytics tool and no chat widget. We use cookies only to keep you signed in.

5. How long we keep data

We keep your data while your team uses Deskruby. When a team is deleted, its documents, files and chats are erased 7 days later.

6. Your rights

• A team owner can download all of the team's data in Settings > General, and can ask us to delete the team.
• You can ask for a copy of your personal data, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@jasoncjs.com.

7. Changes

We may change this policy. We tell you about important changes by email before they apply.
